Lion's Mane is a striking fungus when fully developed, with drooping frond-like 'spines' that give rise to its common name. It's a very rare fungus in the UK and is illegal to pick! Luckily, we're able to grow it commercially using sustainable methods that maintain quality and purity while protecting the species' future.
