These beans are a peaberry variety with superior taste that’s enhanced by the rigorous quality control of the Ngandu wet mill where they’re processed.
Farmers selectively hand pick the coffee cherries from their trees and are deliver them to the mill the same day where they get meticulously sorted through floatation tanks as first step.
