Behind the Coffee
Sourced from small‑scale growers in the Yirgacheffe hills, this heirloom lot undergoes a cultured‑natural process — cherries are fermented in sealed tanks with selected cultures, then slowly dried on raised beds over several weeks. The result is a rich but refined cup that combines the heritage and terroir of Ethiopian coffee with a festive flavour profile — think satsuma brightness, deep fruity body, and a smooth, cranberry‑like finish. Perfect for cosy mornings, cold evenings and joyful winter rituals.
