We roast weekly and deliver only the freshest quality coffee.
You'll notice our best before dates are 6-8 weeks - that's because coffee should be sold as a fresh product and often isn't. *
You'll taste the difference.
* Retailer coffee is often over-roasted, washed with inert gas, and packed into foil and plastic layered bags, all of which end up in landfill! They have long best before dates, but taste nothing like proper coffee and are bad for the environment.
Chaga
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) can help reduce coffee jitters by slowing the release of caffeine, while being packed with antioxidants.
Turkey Tail
Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) is one of our favourite fungi to forage!
Cordyceps
Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) is known as Himalayan gold! Ours is grown on vegetable substrates, making it safe for vegans too.
